1) What we do (concierge role)

We operate as a concierge and coordination service for requests submitted through our site. We help connect you with third-party providers and facilitate the process of arranging services or goods. We do not act as a seller of specific goods or as the direct service provider unless a specific offer states otherwise in the relevant contract.

2) No guaranteed outcomes

You understand and agree that we do not guarantee any specific result, purchase approval, reservation acceptance, financing approval, or that a particular provider will accept your request. Availability, pricing, and acceptance decisions are determined by the relevant third parties.

• No guaranteed dealer/provider match. We may suggest options, but we cannot guarantee a specific provider or inventory.
• No guaranteed acceptance or approval. Any approval (including for financing or related arrangements) is at the discretion of third parties.
• No guaranteed purchase outcomes. A request may be declined or delayed.

3) Information before contracting (distance/e-contracts)

If you enter into a distance/out-of-premises contract as a consumer, you will be provided with consumer-facing information needed before concluding the contract, including the business identity and key characteristics, price/payment terms, and contract termination rules, in an accessible form, as required by Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.

Where the transaction involves electronic commerce, the e-commerce entity must present accurate business information and be accountable for the existence and accuracy of the information about the proposed goods/services, as required by Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.

4) Complaints/claims

If you have a complaint or claim related to our coordination service, you can contact us using the details below. We will examine your complaint in line with consumer-rights procedures under Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX, and provide a response within a reasonable time.

5) Privacy and personal data

If you submit a form, request a call-back, or otherwise provide personal data, we process it to provide the concierge service and communications related to your request. You will be informed about the lawful basis and purposes of processing through our privacy policy/notice, as required by Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

6) Language

Information about goods/services provided to consumers in Ukraine is presented in Ukrainian to the extent required by law, and other languages may be used if they do not reduce required Ukrainian content volume, as required by Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.
