1) What the Service is (and what it is not)

The Service is coordination and advisory support. We help you with organizational steps and recommendations related to luxury auto experiences. We do not act as a dealer, broker, or guarantor, and we do not provide title transfer to vehicles or assume responsibility for vehicle condition, ownership, or warranties that belong to third-party providers.

Any offers, descriptions, availability, pricing, and contractual terms with third parties are provided and controlled by those third parties. Where a transaction involves third parties, separate terms may apply.

2) Information provided before contracting (distance/e-contracts)

If you contract with us using distance communication, we provide consumer-facing information needed before contracting, including our business identity and service/product characteristics. (Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII)

Before concluding distance/out-of-premises contracts, we provide clear information (including identity, key characteristics, price/payment terms, and contract termination rules) in an accessible form. (Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX)

3) Accuracy of business and offerings (e-commerce)

Where applicable, we present accurate information about the business and the proposed goods/services and are accountable for the existence and accuracy of that information. (Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII)

4) Complaints and claims

You can submit complaints/claims to us through the contact options shown on this page. We will review claims in accordance with consumer-rights protection procedures. (Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX)

If your claim relates to a third-party provider, we will coordinate communication where possible, but the third party may be responsible under its own terms.

5) Personal data and privacy notice

6) Language of information

Information about goods/services in Ukraine is provided in Ukrainian to the extent required, while other languages may be used if they do not reduce the required Ukrainian content volume. (Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX)

7) Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Service.

Our advisory and coordination role means we do not guarantee outcomes that depend on third parties (for example, availability, performance, delivery, permits, vehicle condition, or compliance with regulations by third parties).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Ukrainian law.

8) Prohibited or misleading use

• Do not use the Site or Service to submit false information or to mislead us or third parties.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, or systems.
• Do not interfere with the Site’s operation or security.
• Do not represent yourself as our employee/agent or claim that we are a vehicle dealer, broker, or guarantor.
